I’m an independent project director and operations delivery lead with 15 years of experience running digital projects and teams for global brands, creative agencies, and studios.

I currently run Thirtysixstudio, my independent project delivery practice, where I take on freelance work leading and supporting clients at different scales. From hands-on project leadership to senior delivery consulting and more strategic involvement in creative operations and complex programs.

Depending on the need, I’m either deeply involved in the day-to-day of delivery or working at a more strategic level, helping teams bring structure, clarity, and direction to how work is planned, managed and delivered.

Prior experience

Before working independently, I held senior leadership roles in project management, digital production and operations within global agencies.

I served as Global Head of Digital Production at Bannerboy, overseeing the projects and production department across New York, Amsterdam, Stockholm, and Los Angeles.

I later became Director of Production & Operations at AnalogFolk, where I built and led the delivery and creative operations function in Amsterdam, while collaborating closely with hubs in London, New York, and Hong Kong.

In both roles, I was part of the global leadership team, working closely with my creative, strategy and technology counterparts across the regions.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Digital Project Manager and Producer, delivering websites, apps, platforms, digital assets, and brand campaigns across a wide range of clients and teams.

An AI-powered web app called Spatial Intelligens for the Achitecture Biennale in Venice. Created by sub. Gita Jagessar handled the project management and production through concepting, UX/UI, design, development, QA testing and launch.
